I was a uneasy about going because I wasn’t sure what to expect, being my first time going to a chiropractor. Dr. Ayres and his staff have created such a comfortable environment.

Some other chiropractor practices are trying to see several patients at once, but at Dr. Ayres I felt like I had a much more personal experience.

Extremely Knowledgeable
Dr. Ayres was extremely knowledgeable as well as his explanations to not only my pain but how he will be able to alleviate it was very promising. He used models to show the underlying causes and through his session he was able to put my worries at ease. His staff were very personable, I didn’t feel like the last patient of the day for a 5 PM appointment rather they greeted me with warm smiles and polite conversations. The care and professionalism I have received at Dr. Ayres’ office puts him and his staff above all other Chiropractic offices in the area.

When the Student is Ready
Just like “when the student is ready, the teacher is there”, on my way out of the cryotherapy office, my body just said, “Hey, here’s a chiropractor right in front of you, no decisions to make, no procrastination, just do it!” It had been at least 4 years since I’d seen a chiropractor. I’ve been treated off & on over 25 years after whiplash from a roller coaster pointed out all the damage stress & poor posture had inflicted on my body. Now the damage is mostly from being a couch potato. But I felt taller and noticed an unintentional improvement in my posture that first day. Now I just have to spend less time on the couch, and look forward to more appointments.
